Armel GAHUNGU is one of the believers who are following the First Principles teachings at Shammah Temple Fellowship- Ngagara Parish, one of our Partner churches located in Bujumbura capital.
Before starting the training, Armel had a friend with whom they had separated many months ago. As he said, the separation was caused by the misconduct of his friend and that friend had never approached Armel to ask for forgiveness. The two persons lived in that life because no one of them was ready to approach another so as to fix their problem.
When Armel attended the classes, he realized, through the teachings, that he has to forgive his friend though it's him who had broken their relationship. Pushed by the word, Armel called his friend for a talk and, surprisingly, his friend had passed many months thinking about how to meet Armel, but he could not see how to do it. Armel's friend came and they fixed was separating them. As Armel said, he cannot express the joy and peace he felt after forgiving his friend. Today, their relationship has been restored and they both thank the Lord for making a way for them to forgive each other.
